Who We Are

Mission: To improve the quality of life and strengthen the communities we serve through counseling, education and supportive services.

Centers for Children and Families is a local non-profit utilizing a multi system approach to helping develop and maintain emotionally healthy families. Our vision for the future is to help children, individuals and families successfully manage the challenges of life. For every stage and every challenge of life, Centers is here to help provide the tools for healing and the skills for coping.

Counseling provides a safe and supportive space for all people to work through their challenges, improve their mental health and well-being, and develop the skills needed to thrive in life. At Centers, our programs & services build a foundation of good mental health and wellness across all ages. Whether you’re a kid, a teenager, an adult, or a senior, we get that every age has its own unique challenges, and it’s not always easy to handle them alone.

What We Do

We offer counseling at low or no cost, supervised visitation and exchange services through our Kids First Program, support for adoptive parents, parenting education programs and more.

Please note that all volunteers MUST complete a background check before starting any volunteer service. Please allow several days for that process to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
