Volunteer: Fall HopeWorks FacilitatorHopeWorks is a 10 week peer support group for grieving children ages 4 - 18. These classes are facilitated by trained volunteers. HopeWorks is offered twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. Tuesday night HopeWorks sessions are for children who have experienced a loss or change through divorce, separation, incarceration, deployment, adoption, or foster care. Thursday night HopeWorks sessions are for children who have experienced the loss of a loved one through death. Volunteers are needed from 6:30-8:30PM. All volunteers must attend volunteer training and submit to background checks. The next available volunteer training is August 16th from 10 AM - 1:30 PM at Rays of Hope Children's Grief Centre. If you are unavailable on this day, please let us know and we can host a session during normal office hours during the week.
