Volunteers contribute directly to increasing interview opportunities while gaining experience in workforce readiness, digital tools, and modern recruiting practices.

Volunteers in our Clothing Closet play a key role in preparing items for individuals working toward employment. By sorting, inspecting, and tagging clothing, volunteers help create a clean, organized, and accessible shopping experience for our clients. This behind-the-scenes work ensures every item is ready to support someone preparing for interviews, starting a new job, or rebuilding confidence. Volunteers also gain hands-on experience in organization, inventory processes, and teamwork while directly contributing to a program that provides dignity, resources, and opportunity.

Volunteers who serve with Prosperity Employment Outreach at Midland RockHounds concession stands help support our mission while gaining valuable hands-on work experience. These opportunities allow individuals to build teamwork, customer service, cash handling, communication, and workplace confidence in a fast-paced environment. Funds raised directly support Prosperity programs, including employment readiness, mentorship, transportation assistance, professional clothing, and barrier removal services for individuals working toward meaningful employment in West Texas.
