Who We Are
Mission: To protect older adults and individuals with disabilities from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
The Regional Adult Protective Services (APS) Advisory Board for the Permian Basin focuses on ensuring the safety and protection of vulnerable adults in the region. This includes individuals who are elderly or disabled, and at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
What We Do
The board plays a critical role by providing oversight, supporting investigation efforts, and helping to coordinate services that protect at-risk individuals.
The board also helps raise awareness of these issues and facilitates community outreach and events, such as the annual Festival of Trees, to fundraise and support its mission.
