Who We Are

Our services are palliative, based on the philosophy that as life nears its end, every individual has the right to spend his or her remaining days in peace and with dignity.

We focus on the patient keeping their dignity, controlling pain, responding quickly to symptoms, and adhering to each individual’s needs and wishes.

The Care Team is dedicated to helping the terminally ill live each day comfortably and is there to support the patient and family in a setting that best suits their needs.

We are the oldest non-profit hospice organization in the Permian Basin. We have been serving our community for over 35 years.
