Mission Statement: With God’s grace, Bynum School, remaining committed to the ideals of dignity and respect, will provide personalized educational programs to meet the academic, behavioral, and vocational needs of individuals of all ages with special needs.

Bynum School, located between Midland and Odessa, is the only public or private school in West Texas that provides an uninterrupted continuum of year-round services to students who have special needs age 3 to adulthood. Bynum School enrolls students who exhibit intellectual disabilities (ID), autism spectrum disorders (ASD), various learning disabilities, unique and rare syndromes, and medical fragility. Most students exhibit multiple handicapping conditions.
