Direct Sponsors and Handicap Cars (they must have permit) to parking area near Christensen Stadium.

Set barricades in place after parking lot is full. Re-open the barricades at the conclusion of the parade.

Direct each line of children out onto street at the correct time and help direct children to their line as they arrive

Assist Vendor Chair in checking in and setting up food vendors.
