Family Science Night: Kitchen Science

Volunteers will help to facilitate a station that will feature either a hands-on experiment, demonstration, or creative activity centered around kitchen science. We will be making Sugar Snakes, Edible Water Bottles, Fruit Batteries and more!  Please dress comfortably and appropriately (i.e. no short shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, etc).  Volunteers are expected to arrive at 5:30 pm. We will finish the evening around 8:30.  All materials and information will be provided; no experience required. Please check in at the table in the front lobby to get your station assignments.  Please contact the Education Department at 432-683-4403 if you have any questions or concerns.  Volunteer hours count towards Legacy, ECHS, NHS, and more!
