looking for volunteers to help setup, takedown decorations, tables, games.
looking for volunteers to host game stations (instructions are included with each game and simple to follow).
Setup time is from 4-5:30 and station time is from 5:00-8:00 with the event ending at 7:30 pm and clean up and take down from 7:30-8pm. If you need a different time or will be late, please contact me. Martha Banda, by phone.
