Volunteers will play an important role in helping the MHCC team ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening for all guests. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of Midland’s most exciting community events while gaining hands-on experience in event support and hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
-
Help maintain a clean and welcoming event space by picking up plates, cups, and trash after guests finish dining.
-
Wipe down and tidy tables as needed throughout the evening.
-
Assist with the silent auction by keeping an eye on the area and notifying staff when guests raise their paddles to place bids.
-
Provide friendly and courteous assistance to attendees as needed.
Dress Code / Theme:
This year’s Gala celebrates Día de los Muertos, and volunteers are welcome to join the festive spirit!
