Volunteers who serve with Prosperity Employment Outreach at Midland RockHounds concession stands help support our mission while gaining valuable hands-on work experience. These opportunities allow individuals to build teamwork, customer service, cash handling, communication, and workplace confidence in a fast-paced environment. Funds raised directly support Prosperity programs, including employment readiness, mentorship, transportation assistance, professional clothing, and barrier removal services for individuals working toward meaningful employment in West Texas. We offer 6 hours of volunteering for this event for post-game clean up help.
