CIS at Greenwood ISD will have their first ESL parent meeting for the school year. We need volunteers that are bilingual to help organize the event. For example greeter at the sign in table, handing out information, looking after the children while we have the presentation, making sure the refreshments table is well kept, clean up after the meeting, etc. The last 30 min will be used to help parents sign up for the REMIND app/txt. Will need volunteers to go around and help parents that are not to sure on how to do this.
Volunteers are required to be present at James R. Brooks Middle School in the Library at 5:45 pm to get placed on a volunteer job and can head out around 7:00 pm unless you are volunteering to help with clean up or REMIND sign up.
