United Way Team to supply support for Feast of Sharing Covering/Decorating the Serving and Social Service Tables:
(Volunteers will meet at the Midland Horseshoe Pavilion on Friday 11/01/19 at 10 am to set-up)
- Set-up and Decorate the dining area (Includes: Table clothes, place mats, plastic ware, table, and stage decorations)
- Organize the Social Services information booths in the foyer and children's area.
NOTE: If you would like to volunteer for the Feast of Sharing from 3:30 pm to 8 pm, please contact the Midland Hispanic Chambers of Commerce at 432-704-5533.
