Description

IT/End User Services (EUS) - Performs administrative tasks such as development and maintenance of program portal/website information, reports, supporting documentation and communications. Typically works and communicates with individuals within IT and occasionally with contacts outside of IT.

 

Key Responsibilities
* Support IT EUS Volunteer Program in the maintenance of documentation
* Manage spreadsheets, SharePoint lists, and tracking of IT volunteer activities
* Monitor email boxes and respond as needed
* Provide general administrative support
* Interact with IT EUS leadership as tasks are assigned
* Support communication, awareness and training activities

 

Qualifications
* Project/program and IT services skills
*Demonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain effectiveness when priorities and/or objectives change
*Business communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization
* MicroSoft Office, O365 Services, SharePoint management etc.
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues
