A volunteer agreement/release form must be filled out for everyone participating. They can be found at https://www.keepmidlandbeautiful.org/forms/volunteer-agreement-liability-release-form (for the group name please put Texas Wing Civil Air Patrol Three Rivers Squadron). I will have paper copies on hand if anyone hasn’t filled them out by the time of clean-up.
Please make sure that you are dressed in long pants, clothing/shoes that is meant for working/getting muddy (thanks recent rains). If you have work gloves and safety vest please bring it, if not there will be some provided.
We will meet at 0830 in the Super Mercado parking lot at Scharbauer Dr and Main St.
