That's why we've teamed up with area healthcare partners to create Midland Health. Working together, we can make a profound and lasting impact on our community by improving the health of our people. Our vision is for Midland to be the healthiest community in Texas.

At Midland Health, our volunteers have the opportunity to work in various roles throughout the health system and within our many community outreach projects. 

Volunteer Opportunities include the following...

• Information Desk: We meet and greet guests at the Information Desk and give out room numbers and patient locations
• Surgery Waiting Room: Work with operating room techs and doctors connecting with the families
• Gift Shop: Sell items; Proceeds are returned to hospital in the form of equipment. $4.2 million since 1950 in equipment; $22 million in hours ($12 an hour).
• Junior Volunteers: Aged 14-18, many of whom are Legacy documented for Midland College
• Wheelchair Transport
• Golf Cart Transport
