Hi everyone,
We are excited to host our Valentine’s Dance on Saturday, February 7th at Bynum School (5100 Avalon Dr., Midland, TX 79707) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM!
We are looking for volunteers to help make this event special and would love to have you join us!
Volunteer Opportunities:
· Decorating: Help us set up from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
· During the Dance:
o Assist at activity tables
o Help with the food table
o General support and engagement with guests
· Cleanup: Assist with pickup during the event and after it ends
