We are looking for volunteers to help with health screenings for our Wellness Tour event on Saturday, September 19, 2015. We will be offering free screenings at various locations around town and as a thank you for participating, guests will be entered in our prize drawings.
Volunteers will be in charge of passing out forms to participants and making sure that each participant completes the form. After their screening is complete, the participant will submit their 3-part form and the yellow copy will need to be placed in the raffle drawing receptacle.
This posting is for the 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. shift.
