Description

Basin PBS is excited to announce our first ever West Texas Heritage Festival: A Fusion of Culture. This Festival will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Centennial Park Midland in Midland, Texas. The concept for a West Texas Heritage Festival evolved from our work on the documentary series, "Midland: Our City, Our Stories." The goal of the festival is to highlight the diversity in our communities while showcasing and educating our communities on the variety of cultures and heritages we have right here in the Permian Basin. This event was made possible with the generous support from Midland Energy Inc and the Abell Hanger Foundation.
